GDPR Compliance - Current customers and Marketing

The only data that we hold about you, would be your name, address, phone numbers / email addresses and of course information on your garden. We hold no bank details or sensitive data. We store your data in our secure offices on password protected computers. Our records are held for a minimum of 7 years in compliance with HMRC, for audit or inspection reasons.


Suppliers - We may store your details which may also include your bank details.


Staff - We store your personal information. Your payroll details are stored by our accountants. If you leave our employment, we dispose of these records securely.
